We will use this method when we have the two same candidates in two cells of the same block, line or column.
If in this area (block, line or column), the two candidates are present in only two cells, then the other candidates have to be removed.
Example
We notice that the "1" and "2" are present only in two cells of this line.
The other candidates in these two boxes have to be eliminated.
